When to visit Tignes

The busiest time of the year in Tignes is usually always February, which coincides with the French school holidays. The price for holiday accommodation in Tignes is at its most expensive during the months of February and March. March can be a pleasant time to visit when the sun is shining and temperatures are perfect for al-fresco dining. The busiest summer months are in July and August when lots of people book chalets for hiking trips across the Alps.
