The house is located in the sunny district of Thumersbach in Zell am See. Villa Bergfried was built in the 1920s and has been lovingly renovated by its new owners in recent years – but it has lost none of its original charm. On the contrary: the façade is original, the interior is a mix of old and new, complemented by modern accessories. The ski bus is within easy reach and takes you quickly to the nearby ski resorts of Kaprun and Zell am See in winter.
In summer, there's nothing to stop you from taking an early morning dip in the cool waters of Lake Zell, only about 400 metres away! Afterwards, enjoy breakfast on the terrace. Doesn't that sound wonderful? Nature, tranquillity, variety, plenty of space and comfort – and all this in one of the most beautiful places in Austria! The best conditions for a perfect holiday with your family or friends. The possibilities in this region are endless! Cycling, hiking, sailing, surfing, horse riding, skating, golfing, or just lazing around and then barbecuing in the garden – everything is possible!

Tolle Villa! Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend: Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür, sodass man in nur 10 Minuten in Zell am See ist und den Aufzug nehmen kann! Auch die Anzahl der Badezimmer ist super!

Top villa. Locatie is ook gewoon goed: doordat bus voor de deur stopt, ben je in 10min in Zell am See om de lift te pakken! Ook heel fijn dat er zoveel badkamers zijn!
