Die Lage ist sehr schön, das Grundstück riesig, alles, was man benötigt, vorhanden. Sauberkeit könnte deutlich besser sein, einige Ecken haben schon lange keine Reinigung mehr erfahren. Räume teilweise feucht/muffig.
