Anwesen liegt wunderbar auf halber Höhe in den Weinbergen, ca. 10 km vom Strand in Forte dei Marmi entfernt. Die letzten 400 m zum Haus hinauf führt ein extrem schmales, steiles, kurviges Sträßchen, (kein Gegenverkehr möglich), was aber sehr interessant zu fahren ist. Haus ist einfach gehalten, aber...
