Sehr freundlicher und Hilfsbereiter Vermieter spricht flüssig Deutsch, schöne Aussicht aus der Wohnung.Etwas ältere Möbel außer das Bad, dieses war neu !!Kein elektrischer Wasserkocher und keine Waschmaschine vorhanden, ansonsten so ziemlich alles vorhanden.Von dem Vierbeiner wird man auch ganz herzlich begrüßt, er ist aber schon sehr groß und passt auf
