Das Haus gefällt uns sehr gut, es liegt in einer ruhigen Straße am Rand von La Cadiere, wo man zwei Bäcker, einige Restaurants und einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen hat. Der Ort hat Charme.
Das Meer ist nur ca. 7 km entfernt. Außerdem kann man schöne Ausflüge zu hübschen Orten in der Nähe machen.
