A 5 minutes de la plage à pied via la garigue, appartement avec vue splendide sur le golfe de Saint Florent. Terrasse agréable avec couché de soleil splendide.
Pas de problème pour se garer.
Tout peut se faire à pied..
Supermarché à 8 minutes en voiture.

Belle résidence bien entretenue, au calme, à 5 mn à pied de la plage avec piscine
Vue incroyable, proximité de la plage, belle piscine, village de Saint Florent à 5 mn en voiture, machine à laver mise à disposition pour toute la résidence

Mérite une sérieuse remise en état, Fauteuil et banquette très inconfortable, porte frigo a changer. Nombreuses traces au murs et plafond, meuble de la cuisine a vécu. Prise de courant chambre a refixer ( sécurité).
