Die Wohnung hat 1 grosse Terrasse und 1 Balkon jeweils im Wohn-Schlafzimmer.
Zudem ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet
Alles in guten Zustand.
Der Zuweg zum Haus sollte überarbeitet werden.
zudem das Treppenhaus.
