Das Objekt ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand mit einem großen Garten und 10 Olivenbäumen und Palmen, auf der Terrasse kann man gut im Schatten sitzen oder sich auf den Liegestühlen unter den Olivenbäumen die Sonne genießen.

Die Beschreibung entspricht exakt den Tatsachen. Das Haus und der Garten sind gepflegt, die Räumlichkeiten sind ausreichend für 2 Personen. Die Lage ist gut, 3 km zum Strand, mitten in der Stadt und doch mit ländlicher Atmosphäre. Die Nächte sind ruhig. Der Kfz- Unterstellplatz ist auch für höhere F...
Ein wenig nervend wurde das ständige Hundegebell ringsherum. Aber man gewöhnt sich an alles... Hinweis: das Bad hat keine Abstellflächen für Kosmetika und der Schrank im Schlafzimmer, der auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, kann nur zu 50% genutzt werden.
