A 180° panoramic view of the sea in front of the house. The 6500 square meter property with trees is almost an island itself. The Pointe du Glugeau is about 5 km from Le Faou and faces Landevennec Abbey on the Crozon Peninsula. The undisturbed, secluded location of the nearest neighbors in about 300 m, surrounded by the sea, lets you live with the tides here. Enjoy the tranquility of the sea, the mussels and oyster beds present and the passing sails and fishing boats contribute to relaxation. Fishing is right off the property, don't forget your rods. The westernmost tip surrounded by pine trees is used for sunsets in the evening. A staircase leads directly to the sea. If you want to take a boat or a kayak with you, you have found the ideal place here. You can swim right at the house, the long sandy beaches are on the Crozon peninsula or in Brest from 30 km.

Slechte staat van het huis: schimmel in de badkamer, dubbel glas met vocht, kapot badkamerraam, geen gastvrij gevoel. Er was niet eens peper en zout in huis. Afwasmachine stond water in. Het huis rook muf en schimmelig. Kortom vies, sleeds slecht onderhouden huis
