The structure presented by us is located in a strategic position, with a wonderful view of the Abbey of Badia a Passignano and the Chianti hills.
Ideal place to discover the typical villages of Chianti and their cities of art. Beautiful, cosy country house "Badia a Passignano", surrounded by vineyards.
Above Badia a Passignano 10 km from the centre of San Donato in Poggio, 30 km from the centre of Firenze, 40 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside.
For shared use: garden with plants and trees, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, seasonal availability: 12.Apr. - 25.Oct. pool opening hours: 08:00-21:00) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system.
Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground.
In the house: internet access, central heating system, washing machine, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Cook on request. 1 km long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises.

Kein Vordach. Mann steht direkt im Regen, da das Haus ohne Dachrinne. Zufahrt schlecht bis sehr schlecht. Fenster undicht, dadurch WasserEinbruch bei starkem Regen.
