Het uitzicht was prachtig en mooi balkon. Airco uitstekend. Er waren een aantal gebreken: Kranen werkten niet goed De 1 persoons bedden kraakten heel erg. Bankstel zakte je in weg. Eettafelblad binnen wiebelde, kon je niet aan zitten. Garagedeur moeilijk te openen.
