Exit to the balcony. 1 room 12 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the garden.
Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, steamer, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Floor heating.

In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. 800 m long narrow motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Width of access road: 300 cm. Single garage at the house. Grocery 1.3 km, supermarket 13 km, restaurant 1.2 km, bakery 1.5 km, bus stop 200 m, indoor swimming pool 1.2 km. Waren eine Woche in Beatenberg und sind mehr wie Begeistert. Es hat alles gepasst.Sauber ,ordentlich ,in toller Lage mit sehr viel Ruhe. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief super ! Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen !! Gruss A. und J. aus Dresden
