If you appreciate a sunny and quiet location with a wonderful view and also love modern interior design and comfort, then the Leeder flats are just the right holiday home for you! Guests particularly appreciate the extremely quiet and sunny location on the sunny side of Schladming. The Planai valley station can be reached by car or conveniently by bus (bus stop directly in front of the house) in approx. 5 minutes by car and the centre of Schladming in approx. 15 minutes on foot. The complex offers three flats for 2-5 people each, which are perfect for several families or a group of close friends. Each flat has its own spacious terrace with views of the Planai, Hochwurzen and the Schladming mountains. The interior of the flats is very modern, comfortable and lovingly furnished. In winter, the house offers a lockable ski storage room including ski boot dryer. Free WiFi and satellite TV round off the offer.

Journey description:
From Germany via Salzburg to exit Knoten Ennstal/Graz on the motorway (A 10), then 18 km on the main road (B 320) to Schladming; From Vienna in the direction of Linz to Sattledt on the Westautobahn, then on the Pyhrn motorway to Liezen, then 50 km on the B 320 to Schladming; From Vienna on the motorway to Semmering, then dual carriageway and motorway to Liezen, then 50 km on the B 320 to Schladming; Coming from Italy, Carinthia on the Tauern motorway (Udine-Tarvis-Villach) to exit Knoten Ennstal/Graz, then 18 km on the B 320 to Schladming; From Graz to Liezen on the motorway, federal road B 320 to Schladming;

In each case exit "Schladming Mitte" - to the junction Schladming/Ramsau, turn left towards Ramsau. After approx. 100 m - turn left into Hochstrasse - directly after the black house "Blue Tomato". Another 200 metres and you will reach Appartementhaus Leeder on the right-hand side - just after the Hotel Tauernblick
