Keittiö vaatisi valaistuksen paremmaksi. Alakerran suihku/wc tila toimi ainoastaan wc käyttöön, kuulimme, että se uusitaan jossain vaiheessa. Ulkotila oli loistava ja talo sijaitsi rauhallisella paikalla. Tie talolle huono kuntoinen, sadeaikaan voi olla jopa vaativa.
