Experience an unforgettable holiday in our luxurious holiday flat in Utjeha, a small holiday resort in the olive bay "Uvala Maslina" on the southern Adriatic coast of Montenegro.

The "Maslina" holiday flat is located on the third floor of the building and can accommodate up to 2 people.

Enjoy the sea view and the sun setting directly in front of your eyes every evening - the holiday flat has a private balcony and an additional 200 sqm sun terrace on the roof of the building invites you to relax.

The holiday flat is categorised with official 4 stars and is also the first holiday home in Montenegro to be certified with the European Ecolabel. Numerous other national and international awards guarantee a perfect holiday.

If you arrive by car, you can park free of charge in the associated, radio-lockable car park and we offer a free charging facility for electric cars.

Surroundings & excursion destinations:

The most beautiful beaches on the eastern Adriatic are between Bar and Ulcinj - many of them have been awarded the coveted "Blue Flag" - this guarantees you the best water quality. The beach in the small village of Utjeha is also one of them and is only a few minutes' walk away. On the way there you will find small supermarkets, a bakery and small restaurants with sea views. Fruit and vegetables are best bought fresh from the farmer right in front of our house.

The location of the holiday flat is ideal for exploring the whole country - the towns of Bar and Ulcinj are only 10 km away and can also be easily reached by bus in the summer months. Children and water sports fans will love Velika Plaža, the 13 km long sandy beach near Ulcinj. The old towns along the coast and the national parks inland are also well worth a visit. The mountain landscape in the north is also worth a visit.

Airport transfer:

We offer individual airport transfers for those travelling by plane.

The transfer from the airports of Podgorica, Tivat, Tirana (Albania) or Dubrovnik (Croatia) can be easily ordered from us after booking the holiday flat.

Accessibility by public transport:

The nearest bus stop is only a few hundred metres away from the flats. From there, shuttle buses run regularly (hourly in the high season, four times a day in the low season) to Bar (to the main railway station, bus station, centre) and back. From the bus and main railway station in Bar, there are regular connections to Podgorica and all other major cities.
