Experience an unforgettable holiday in our luxurious apartment in Utjeha, a small resort town in the olive bay "Uvala Maslina" on the southern Adriatic coast of Montenegro.
The "Maslina" apartment is located on the third floor of the building and can accommodate up to 2 people.
Enjoy the sea view and the sunset directly in front of you every evening.
The apartment has a private balcony, and additionally, a 200 sqm sun terrace on the roof of the building invites you to relax.
The apartment is officially categorized with 4 stars and, as the first holiday home in Montenegro, is certified with the European environmental label "EU Ecolabel".
Numerous other national and international awards guarantee a perfect holiday.
If you arrive by car, you can park for free in the associated, radio-controlled parking lot, and we offer free charging facilities for electric cars. Surroundings & Excursions: The most beautiful beaches on the eastern Adriatic coast are located between Bar and Ulcinj – many of them are awarded the coveted "Blue Flag," guaranteeing top water quality.
The beach in the small town of Utjeha is also one of them and is just a few minutes' walk away.
On the way there, you will find small supermarkets, a bakery, and small restaurants with sea views.
For fresh fruit and vegetables, it's best to buy directly from farmers in front of our house.
The apartment's location is ideal for exploring the entire country.
The cities of Bar and Ulcinj are only 10 km away and are easily accessible by bus during the summer months.
Children and water sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth at Velika Plaža, the 13 km long sandy beach near Ulcinj.
The old towns along the coast and the national parks inland are also worth seeing.
The mountainous landscape in the north is also worth a visit.
