Experience an unforgettable holiday in our luxurious holiday apartment in Utjeha, a small resort in the olive bay "Uvala Maslina" on the southern Adriatic coast of Montenegro.
The holiday apartment "Maslina" is located on the third floor of the building and can accommodate up to 2 people.
Enjoy the sea view every evening and the sun setting directly before your eyes - the apartment has a private balcony, and a 200 sqm sun terrace on the roof of the building also invites you to relax.
The holiday apartment is officially categorized with 4 stars and, additionally, as the first holiday home in Montenegro, certified with the European eco-label "EU Ecolabel". Numerous other national and international awards guarantee a perfect holiday.
If you are arriving by car, you can park for free in the associated, radio-controlled lockable parking space, and we offer free charging facilities for electric cars.
