This simply and comfortably furnished cottage is suitable for a summer vacation.
It is located on a hill above the village Podgora, at the foot of the mountain Biokovo.
It consists of a living room with kitchen and bathroom on the first floor, while on the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, another bathroom, kitchen and living room.
The floors are reached via external stairs.
In front there is a large terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding islands.
Behind the house you will also find a barbecue, a terrace for relaxing and a swimming pool.
The center of Podgora, which has a lot to offer, is about 1 km further, to Makarska it is about 10 km.

Für 4 Personen völlig ausreichend,sehr schöner Blick aufs Meer in ruhiger Lage.Der weg zum Strand ist nur mit dem Auto möglich,nicht wie im Angebot beschrieben zu Fuß.Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und werden noch mal einen Urlaub dort verbringen

Alles perfekt .. leider ist der Weg ins Dorf nicht befestigt und beschwerlich .. und der nächste Bäcker in der Früh ist nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Sonst war alles sehr gut und die Vermieterin sehr freundlich .. schnell und unkompliziert !

Sehr ruhiges Haus, tolle Aussicht aufs Meer, grosser Grill mit top schattigem Grillplatz und wunderbarer Pool. Einziges Problem war diesmal, dass es Haus stark nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen hatte. Haben wir auch beim Vermieter reklamiert.
