It is part of an old hamlet of six houses and stands on a 3,000 m² enclosed plot overlooking the bay of Ajaccio and the Îles Sanguinaires or Blood Red Islands.
The house includes both open and covered terraces.
The forest of Chiavari is a nice place to visit with its eucalyptus trees, cork oaks and the remains of a former 19th century prison. 10 km away you can experience the beautiful peninsula of Capu di Muru du Conservatoire du Littoral.
The peninsula tells of an exciting past with its Genoese tower, an old house in typical Corsican style and a chapel.
The Littoral impresses with unspoiled rocky coves and long, white sandy beaches and is, of course, a great place for lazing around and sunbathing.
On the Îles Sanguinaires you can experience a dreamlike sunset, and in Ajaccio Napoleon's birthplace and the Palais Fesch are definitely worth a visit.

The swimming pool was really warm after the heatwave and we were able to relax and enjoy the privacy as well as get some exercise going as well. Jean-Pierre was an excellent host, very knowledgeable and attentive without being too present.
Despite the solitude and quiet position we weren’t too far from a shop, great restaurant, sandy beach or a magnificent choral group in the local church.

beautiful house, quiet and wonderful location with a view for the sunset in the sea. Perfect place to relax. We were there with the whole family and really enjoyed our two weeks there.
