Among the coastal cliffs of the Tramuntana mountains, outside Estellencs, this spacious finca offers mountain views and room to unwind outdoors. The private, unoverlooked outdoor pool measures 52 m² and contains slightly saline water, so no chlorine needs to be added. There are 12 sun loungers on the sun terraces.
The 332 m² stone house sleeps up to 12 guests, with 1 living room, 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Three bedrooms each have 1 double bed, 1 has a king-size bed and 2 each have 2 single beds. There is a guest toilet on the ground floor and a bathroom with a shower in the garden. Two cots and 2 high chairs are available.
The spacious kitchen leads to the terraces, where you can enjoy breakfast outdoors. An outdoor kitchen and charcoal barbecue offer more options for shared meals. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and coffee maker. Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a dryer make longer stays convenient; the house is fully air-conditioned for heating and cooling and has a fireplace.
The coast is approximately 750 m away and the nearest beach about 2.9 km away, both measured in a straight line. The final stretch of the approach road is unpaved, and there are 5 free parking spaces on site. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Groups, except families and couples over 30, are accepted only on request and with a special deposit.

It is not ok that we have to pick up the key at another location far away from the house. The same problem with our departure. We had to deliver the key at the same place.
I suggest that guests can use the "keybox" at the hourse.

Für die größe der Ferienanlage ,die daraus mit 12 Personen belegt sein kann,wäre über einen weiteren Kühlschrank nachzudenken.Man kann keine Lebensmittel außerhalb lagern (Ameisenbefall) Die Stuhlaufleger im Außenbereich und die Poolsitzunterlagen sollten dringend gereinigt oder erneuert werden.
