Set amid 1 million m² of natural landscape, this traditional stone finca in Porreres offers mountain views and plenty of room to gather. The 218 m² house sleeps up to 10 guests, with 5 bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as 4 bathrooms and a living room.
The private, non-overlooked outdoor pool measures 50 m² and has 10 sun loungers for laid-back afternoons. Natural stone walls and a wooden gate secure the pool, and a barbecue is available there for outdoor meals. The kitchen terrace is a lovely place to share dinner. Garden furniture, an outdoor shower and a swing add to the outdoor amenities.
The kitchen includes a cooker, microwave with oven function and dishwasher. Air conditioning for heating and cooling, 2 TVs and a stereo provide everyday comfort. A washing machine and clothesline are in the courtyard, and 2 cots and 2 high chairs are available.
The estate is still partly farmed and has a renovated mill. You can request a visit to the small chapel or the estate’s animals; the owner also visits regularly. The village has a square with cafés, while nearby Felanitx hosts a regular weekly market. The airport is approximately 29 km away in a straight line.
Up to 3 pets are welcome, and there are 5 free parking spaces on site. The house is non-smoking. Weddings are possible on request. Groups, except families and couples over 30, are accepted only on request and with a special deposit. Licence number: 1685.

Fantasische, weitläufige Finca mit allem was man braucht. Klima nur im Essbereich aber sonst gibt es nichts zu sagen. Viele Tiere, toll für Groß und Klein, wir haben die Zeit genossen. Toller Pool, Tischtennis, Kicker, Basketball und vieles mehr. Sogar eine kleine Kapelle hat dieses tolle Anwesen.

Sehr schöne finca, viel Platz, tolles Ambiente auf großem Gelände. Sehr gut für Kinder, schöner Pool mit Grillplatz. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die im Alltag kaum zu sehen gewesen sind. Sehr unkomplizierter Ablauf. Wirklich alles sehr schön!
