Ground floor apartment in a restored 18th century house in the small medieval hamlet of Pedona, on the hills of Lucca.
The accommodation consists of living room-kitchen, two bedrooms, a small study with sofa bed, bathroom.
Shared entrance with ITV380 (on the 1st floor).
For common use: equipped outdoor area, the lower pool.
Beautiful view of the hilly landscape.
The popular beaches of Lido di Camaiore (about 12 km), Viareggio (13 km) and the fashionable seaside resort of Forte dei Marmi (27 km) are within easy reach. 49 km Carrara with its rich marble deposits, 14 km Pietrasanta with its marble sculptures - the so-called "little Athens".
For nature lovers: the deep caves and great gorges of Antro del Corchia (32 km) in the Regional Park of the Apuan Alps, the largest karst system in Italy with over 70 km of underground tunnels and lakes.
Nearby a 20 km bike path that connects the villages of Versilia.
For art lovers: 32 km of Lucca with its medieval walls, 34 km of Pisa with its famous Leaning Tower, 104 km of Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance.
For children: 50 km the park of Pinocchio in Collodi.
In summer ferries leave from Viareggio to the famous Cinque Terre area, UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Het zwembad is heerlijk, je hebt mooi uitzicht. De hostess is vriendelijk.
Het appartement heeft wat onderhoud nodig. Veel dingen werken niet behoorlijk (douchedeurtje, lampjes, afstandsbediening). Na een regenbui hadden we op diverse plekken lekkage.

Es war rundum perfekt! Wir haben zu dritt eine Woche in Pedona verbracht und von dort aus gearbeitet - das WLAN war zu 100% stabil. Die Pool area war ein Traum und die Vermieterin Camilla war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir haben die Woche in Pedona sehr genossen, insbesondere der Blick ins Tal von der Wohnung und vom Garten hat uns gut gefallen. Man kommt nicht direkt von der Wohnung in den Garten, das ist jedoch kein Problem. Sehr froh waren wir über die gute Ausstattung der Küche. Der Kontakt zur Ansprechpartnerin Camilla verlief bestens und völlig unkompliziert.
