15 minutes on foot to the underground (U1+U2) to the city centre, St. Stephen's Cathedral, Prater, Schönbrunn Palace, Vienna Hofburg, State Opera, Ringstrasse, etc. make this house very attractive for cultural city excursions.

Leuke omgeving, genoeg te doen. Je bent zo in Wenen stad met de fiets.De tuin is niet makkelijk ingericht om er gebruiken te maken. Tuinmeubelen zijn verouderd.Airco of andere manieren om het huis koel te krijgen zijn aan te raden, het was erg warm in huis.
