Nice first floor apartment with garden in a beautiful house, occasionally occupied by the owner (with separate entrance). The partially shaded garden is equipped for relaxing moments after their excursions and days at the sea. It is only 2 km to the beaches of Rosignano.
In the same building there is ITK351 with an independent entrance.
Stores and supermarkets can be reached by a short walk.
Along the coast there are many clubs, in the small port and on the promenade in summer there are various events with markets, shows and festivals.
Do not miss Livorno with its ancient port (25 km), the thermal baths of Venturina, Castagneto Carducci and Piombino (about 50 km), from where you can take the ferry to reach the charming island of Elba.

Ich liebte den wunderschönen Garten, die Olivenbäume und die Gastfreundschaft von Susana.
Nur eine Kleinigkeit. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit die Toilettentür zu schließen. Da sie nur zwei Meter vom Esstisch entfernt ist, war das ein bisschen unangenehm.
