Beautiful vacation home, formerly an oil mill, on a 250 hectare estate known for the production of organic olive oil, located 8 km from Lake Bolsena.
Here you will have the opportunity to visit the private oil mill and taste the extra virgin olive oils produced on the farm.
The interior of the house and the furnishings are welcoming and very well maintained and in the spacious outdoor area guests can enjoy a beautiful panoramic swimming pool with equipped sun terrace.

Distances: Lake Bolsena with its beaches and medieval hamlets about 8 km, the small town of Montefiascone (stores of all kinds) about 11 km, the ancient city of Viterbo with thermal facilities (Terme dei Papi) 17 km, the picturesque Civita di Bagnoregio ( known as ' dying city') 20 km, the Etruscan Tarquinia and the beautiful, vast free and equipped sandy beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea 52 km.
The vacation house is ideal to spend a vacation in total freedom, in the respect of the nature and in the sign of modern comfort.
Arrival exclusively 16 - 20 pm.

Dom duzy położony z dala od innych zabudowań . Blisko do jeziora ok 15 minut autem, namorskie plaze oddalone o okolo godzinę drogi. Duży basen do wlasnej dyspozycji. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia oraz grill. Niektóre sprzęty wymagają wymiany lub odświeżenia. Czystość jak to we Włoszech mogło by być trochę lepiej.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in bester Lage, mitten im Olivenhain. Tolle Aussicht. Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Kontakt zu den Mitarbeitern sehr nett. Haus ist über eine 5 Kilometer lange Schotterstraße erreichbar. Würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Tolles Haus in einer absolut einmaligen Lage. Allerdings muss man Einsamkeit mögen, bis zum Haus sind es 5 km auf einer Schotterstraße. Großer, schöner Pool der jeden Tag gereinigt wird. 2 kleine Punkte sind ausbaufähig: WLAN ist nur im Wohnzimmer gut verfügbar und es gibt leider keine Kaffeemaschin...
