This functionally furnished holiday home is located in an idyllic and peaceful setting, far away from the stress of everyday life.
From the spacious terrace you can enjoy the panorama of the island of Hvar and the impressive Biokovo mountain range on the mainland.
On the unique island of Korula you will find historical cultural monuments and beautiful nature.
Refresh yourself in the crystal-clear sea.
The energy for the house is generated by environmentally friendly solar panels (12 volts), so the use of electrical appliances is very limited.
The minimum height of the premises is 120 cm.
The distance from the car park to the stairs (approx. 30 m without fence and handrail) leading to the house is approx. 30 m, and you can also reach the sea via steep stairs (approx. 40 m without fence and handrail).

Traumhafte Terrasse, super ruhige Lage, ein Sternenhimmel zum Träumen und ein Stück Meer für sich alleine. Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht neu, aber funktional und vollkommen ausreichend. Alleine der heizende Gaskühlschrank war ein kleiner Wermutstropfen, aber zu verkraften. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Wir sind schon zum zweiten mal in diesem schönen kleinen Häuschen direkt am Meer. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas älter, aber sauber. Internet gibt es nicht, haben wir aber auch nicht vermisst.Die Terrasse ist groß und man hat einen wundervollen Ausblick. Ein schöner Ort zum entspannen. Auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder da sein.

Kleines Haus ordentlich und gepflegt direkt an der Küste mit wunderschönem Balkon, eigener Zugang zum Meer, sehr ruhige Lage ideal zum Entspannen, Ausstattung einfach aber ausreichend, jedoch ohne Waschmaschine und Internet
