This holiday apartment for a maximum of 7 people is located in an authentic holiday home in Rohrmoos-Schladming in Styria and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.
This holiday apartment is on the ground floor, is furnished and offers a comfortable living/sleeping area, a kitchenette, 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a large sunny terrace. You can share the wonderful sauna and the large garden with barbecue.
Nestled in the fascinating mountains between the Schladminger Tauern and the Dachstein massif, Schladming is a popular holiday destination in both winter and summer. In the immediate area you can go hiking or mountain biking. In winter, the free ski bus stops practically in front of the door and you can ski back to the house. The Schladming - Planai/Hochwurzen/Hauser Kaibling ski area (4-mountain ski area) offers 123 kilometers of slopes and over 80 ski lifts in the Dachstein-Tauern region.
In summer, the Pichl swimming lake or the Reiteralmsee in Schladming offer lots of swimming fun! In short: an ideal starting point for your summer and winter vacation!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, die Wohnung großzügig und die Umgebung traumhaft. Lediglich die starke Einschränkung für MTB Fahrer ist abschreckend. Die allermeisten schönen Waldwege sind einfach für MTBs gesperrt und es werden alternativ ausgeschriebene MTB Routen angeboten. Diese führen aber zum allergrößten Teil auf Forststrassen, was nicht wirklich Spaß macht.
