Le fait que la maison soit « cachée » du regard extérieur par la végétation.
La proximité de la maison voisine, qui, par moment, se ressentait par les conversations des voisins qui semblaient être quasiment dans notre jardin. Heureusement, il n’étaient que peu souvent là.

La maison est isolée au milieu d’un hameau, sans vis-à-vis. En revanche elles mérite un bon rafraîchissement et coups de propre : sol un peu sale, intérieur très sombre, éclairage compliqué et peu efficace, placards et ustensiles de cuisine collants, jetée de canapé poussiéreuse…
De plus, la récupér...

Gezellig huis in prachtig groen kader. Alle comfort, enkel jammer van het krappe toilet. Heel stil. Op het park veel sportaccomodatie, tennis, pingpong, zwembaden, fietsen, strand aan meer, ... Gezellige bar/resto aanwezig. Prachtige omgeving met veel fietspaden. Naar het strand per E bike op 30 min...
