Among palms, flowers and mature trees, this holiday home in Bénodet invites you to enjoy its distinctive garden. The 2,000 m² grounds are landscaped with small ponds, red wooden bridges and lawns. A terrace, garden furniture, 2 sun loungers and a barbecue make it easy to spend time outdoors.
The 92 m² home sleeps up to 4 guests, including a maximum of 3 children. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, as well as 2 bathrooms and a living room. Plants, rustic wooden furniture and a striking wooden staircase give the house its personal character. Settle on the sofas in the spacious living room for an evening by the open fireplace; firewood is available to buy.
Prepare meals on the gas cooker in the open-plan kitchen and gather around the dining table. Wi-Fi and a washing machine are provided, along with a cot and high chair. There are 2 free parking spaces on site. The owner lives in an upper-floor annexe with a separate entrance. Pets are not allowed and the house is non-smoking.
You can walk to Trévourda beach; the nearest beach is approximately 1.1 km away in a straight line. Bénodet, at the mouth of the Odet, has beaches, a harbour and a coastal promenade. A boat trip along the Odet towards Quimper is another way to discover the area.

Charming and rather quirky house with somewhat dated but working facilities. Really quiet and peaceful. Was a lot of fun for our young family of four as the weather let us enjoy the garden for play and meals. Owner stayed in granny flat throughout our holiday but was discreet and friendly.
