There is no key handover: once you complete the online check-in, you receive a digital access link with step-by-step instructions to open the building and the apartment.
The studio is on the first floor (apartment 6) and the building has a lift. Check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00. Complete the online check-in before arriving: it is needed to receive the access link. Maximum 2 guests. First floor with lift. Optional services - Cot/Crib: Price: EUR 10.00 per booking. Pets: Not allowed.

On foot: Calle Gascona, known for its cider houses, about 8 minutes; Calle UrÃa, the main shopping street, about 8; the Campoamor Theatre and Plaza de la Escandalera about 10; the cathedral and the Fine Arts Museum about 12; Campo de San Francisco park about 12; El Fontán market and the Town Hall about 14-15 minutes. A studio with a single main room and a bathroom. Sleeping area: double bed with a bedside table and lamp on each side, a wardrobe with a mirror and linen curtains. Living area: two-seater sofa, coffee table, round dining table with chairs and a wall-mounted Smart TV with Google TV. Kitchen: ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, capsule coffee machine, cookware, dishes and cutlery.
