It can accommodate up to 8 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. External description Villa Vallonica is nestled among the rolling hills of Pitino, in the heart of the Marche region, combining the charm of traditional architecture with modern comforts to create the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday spent enjoying the company of family and friends. Outside, a spacious private garden with manicured lawns, ornamental hedges and shady trees provides a lovely green setting in which to unwind and enjoy the tranquillity of the Marche countryside. The covered porch, furnished with a table, chairs and barbecue, is ideal for spending time outdoors, whether enjoying breakfast, preparing a barbecue or sharing dinner with family and friends on warm summer evenings. The highlight of the property is the private pool (6 x 10 m, depth 1.30 m), perfect for cooling off on hot summer days.
Open from 25 May to 25 September, it is surrounded by light-coloured paving and equipped with parasols, sun loungers and an outdoor shower, offering the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. Just a short distance from the pool, a separate annexe is available for guests to enjoy lunch and dinner.
It features two long dining tables, providing ample seating for everyone.
The annexe also houses a professional kitchen, reserved exclusively for qualified chefs and available for cooking classes and culinary courses. The property also offers a large private outdoor parking area with space for approximately 20 cars, as well as two outdoor bathrooms with shower located alongside the villa, providing added convenience for guests spending their days in the garden and by the pool. The sleeping area is served by a shared air-conditioning unit located along the hallway, which provides cooling for all three bedrooms.
