FOR ARRIVALS ON 20.05.2026 and 21.05.2026 and 22.05.2026 and 23.05.2026, the deposit is 800 euros, which must be paid on site. In a beautiful residential area between Lignano Sabbiadoro and Pineta, there are the terraced villas, which are about 1km away from the beach and the town centre of Sabbiadoro. Parking (for 1 car) on the property and the street in front of the house. The covered parking in the basement of the house is suitable for two smaller cars or one larger car. Further parking is available on the public street.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.
Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September). Depending on weather conditions, the pool is open from mid-May to mid-September.

Ligger i gå afstand til det meste, ac i hele lejligheden.
Sengene. De var ikke gode. Der mangler som minimum en topmadras, og der var ingen "dyne" af nogen art.
Køkkenet mangler en ovn.
Poolen var lidt for kold.
