- 1 Bathroom
- Entire apartment

La Casetta di Lilì is a beautiful apartment separate from the rest of the house, featuring a large panoramic terrace with a spectacular view of Rome. In addition to this 50-square-meter terrace, there is a small garden. To reach La Casetta, park inside our gate and climb a spiral staircase (which will soon be replaced by a straight staircase). You enter through the glass door into a lovely 50-square-meter home, tastefully furnished with attention to detail. The bathroom has a large shower; it doesn’t have a bidet, but the shower is very spacious and serves as a perfect substitute. It features large windows and plenty of natural light. There are a few flights of stairs to climb to get there, as Grottaferrata—a town known for the Abbey of St. Nilus, dating back to the year 1000, and for its small restaurants where you can enjoy local cuisine and wines—is located at an elevation of about 330 metres above sea level. We look forward to seeing you!
My name is Eva. I worked for many years in the tourism/Bed & Breakfast sector (formerly “La Casa di Lilì”) and have made many friends from all over the world. It’s a fascinating industry—being constantly in contact with different cultures broadens your horizons, and when I flip through that address book full of names and friends, I feel truly fulfilled!
Grottaferrata is an elegant and peaceful town in the Castelli Romani region, recognised regionally as one of the most exclusive areas in Lazio. It is famous for its Greek Abbey of San Nilo, dating back to the early 11th century, which houses the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie. Inside the church is a grotto called the Crypta ferrata, from which Grottaferrata takes its name. The town also boasts a rich culinary tradition, featuring the famous wines of the Castelli Romani and its small restaurants, where you can savour traditional Lazio cuisine.
