Welcome to this pleasant F2 completely renovated on one level, located in the heart of Fleury-les-Aubrais, in an old farmhouse of character.
A very quiet and peaceful setting, while remaining close to all amenities and transport. Plus, a sauna to relax and enjoy the moment as well as an outdoor space to enjoy the sunny days!
The accommodation
The apartment, modern and functional, can accommodate up to 4 travellers and includes:
🛋️ A comfortable and bright living room with a quality sofa bed (sleeps 2 people)
🍽️ A fully equipped open kitchen: hob, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, complete crockery
🛏️ An independent bedroom with double bed and storage space
🚿 A modern bathroom
🔥 A private sauna for a real moment of relaxation
🌿 Access to an outdoor area for dining, with table, chairs and parasol accessible in the first shed on the left.
🚗 A private parking space, included
The accommodation has been recently renovated, with a neat and warm decoration, designed for everyday comfort.
We apply a small contribution to the cleaning costs. This amount is deliberately moderate as we ask that the sheets be removed and placed in the laundry basket as well as the towels used and that the kitchen area be clean (dishes done and stored).

The accommodation is located in an old farmhouse, divided into only three apartments, offering:
A private parking space, by opening the large green gate (to the left of the building), and continuing at the end of the driveway, to the fence
A peaceful environment, with garden, table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors
Few passages
An intimate atmosphere, far from the nuisance of large buildings
A real plus for travellers looking for calm, especially for teleworking or resting.
