Indoors, large living areas and a professionally equipped kitchen provide space for shared meals and relaxing together, while outdoors, guests can enjoy dining under the gazebo or unwinding beneath the shade of a tree.
A slightly lower area of the garden houses the pool, which opens onto a sweeping view of fields, woods, and distant mountains. THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO A CHECK-UP BY A TECHNICAL RESPONSIBLE TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY OF THE DESCRIPTION, ACCESSORIES LISTED ON THIS PAGE AND THEIR PRESENT STATE OF OPERATION/MAINTENANCE Interior: The villa is arranged over two floors connected by an internal staircase.

In the garden, a gazebo is furnished with a dining table for meals in the open air, while a separate seating area under the shade of a large tree offers a quiet spot for reading or relaxing.
A barbecue is available for outdoor cooking, and a children’s games area provides space for play.
The property is fenced and accessed via a private entrance with parking for six cars. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa. Swimming Pool: The pool is located on a slightly lower level of the garden and is reached via a short path from the house, with panoramic views over the surrounding fields, woodland and distant hills.
