It has a floor area of 55 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The property is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: – A 35 m² living room with a TV, a sitting area with a sofa, table and chairs – A fully equipped kitchen including: hob, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and dishwasher – A separate toilet On the first floor: – A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) – A bedroom with a bunk bed (2 beds measuring 90×190) and a single bed (90×190) – A bathroom with a shower – A separate toilet Outside: – A lovely 45 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. The house is ideally situated in Canet-en-Roussillon, in a very pleasant setting just a stone’s throw from the sea. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants and bars… Things to do: – Market on Mondays and Fridays. – Les Flamands Roses Thalasso Spa, a 5-minute walk away. – Cycle paths start nearby.
Close to the mountains for cycling enthusiasts. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park (1 vehicle). Local amenities are within walking distance. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: – Nearest railway station: Perpignan, approximately 16 km away. – Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée Airport, approximately 20 km away.
