We've lovingly restored this early 20th-century rural school building in the village of Linares, transforming it into a spacious and bright home.
The 4-metre-high ceilings, thick stone walls and wooden beams blend seamlessly with contemporary architecture that enhances the building’s original character. The restoration removed later additions and restored the building’s original appearance.
At the same time, the team incorporated contemporary architectural elements to highlight the building’s original qualities.
You can stay in one of the two nearly symmetrical flats, both of which feature a generous layout and materials that bear witness to the building’s century-old history. Two spacious terraces with panoramic views over a mountainous landscape complement the interior space.
From these terraces, the natural surroundings of the village of Linares become part of your daily experience, expanding the space available for outdoor enjoyment. The wild, 2-kilometre-long Vega Beach lies 5 km away.
Ribadesella, with its Santa Marina town beach and a wide selection of restaurants, is 7 km away.
You can also explore the Picos de Europa, the Tito Bustillo Caves, or fishing villages like Lastres and Llanes, all within a short distance.
