Tout s'est bien passé car il y avait très peu de monde dans la résidence. En revanche dès que nous avons eu des voisins, nous avons malheureusement constaté que les maisons son très mal insonorisees. Par ailleurs, un petit rafraichissement (peintures, miroirs...) serait bienvenu.

Die Lage der Anlage ist sehr gut. Die Häuser selbst sind in die Jahre gekommen und bedürfen einer Renovierung. Insbesondere der schon sehr abgenutzte Teppichboden in der oberen Etage sollte entfernt werden. Er stellte aufgrund seiner Beulen eine Stolperfalle dar und war auch nicht sehr hygienisch. ...
