A laundry room houses the washing machine, a second refrigerator, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and its own shower room, and a separate toilet. The steep staircase leads to a landing with a children's play area and provides access to: 2 bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), 2 bedrooms with two single beds (90 cm), and 2 bathrooms with toilets. You will enjoy a private, unfenced garden with lawn and flowers, and ponds at the far end for pleasant walks. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided. For your comfort, bed linen, household linen, and towels are included.
