The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Enjoy your private balcony with mountain views—a perfect spot to relax and breathe the fresh air after a day of exploring. Two shared parking spaces are available on site, and street parking is also possible.
Please note that events are not permitted at the property. Bed linen is not provided, so please bring your own sheets, towels, tea towels, and bath mats.

There is no cleaning fee, so guests are asked to leave the apartment clean and tidy. Before departure, guests must inform the owner of any damage to the property, appliances, or other items.
For damaged equipment or other issues, a sum may be withheld from the deposit based on repair costs.
The deposit also covers cleanliness. CLEANING: Guests are required to thoroughly clean each room, including bedrooms, living area, stairs, toilets, and bathrooms: - Vacuum and mop the floors - Dust the furniture - Clean the bathrooms, appliances, fridge, and trash bin.
