Perched on the fourth floor of a classic, 150-plus-year-old building in the cultural heart of Copenhagen—with the convenience of an elevator taking you straight to your door—this sprawling top-floor apartment accommodates up to 9 guests across four distinct bedrooms.

Step out onto the street and you will find Kongens Have (King's Garden) at the end of the block, with trendy neighborhood spots like Pastis and Retour Steak just moments away. Entering the home, you are welcomed into a massive, light-filled open-plan common area.

Sunlight floods the space through glass bedroom walls, which feature clever floor-to-ceiling curtains for privacy when night falls.

One side hosts a full kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all essential cookware, while a large dining table sits ready for family feasts.

Opposite the kitchen, a comfortable lounge area features a sofa, armchair, and a big TV for relaxed evenings in. The four bedrooms offer super comfortable beds with crisp linens, ceiling fans, and room-darkening shades (with an extra single bed in one room), complemented by two pristine Nordic-style bathrooms featuring spacious showers.

When you are ready to explore the city further, the Kongens Nytorv Metro station is just 250 meters away, offering a direct 12-minute line straight from the airport.

Noticed right away that the TV remote had batteries inside, small but useful detail. We found the cottage suited two people perfectly with enough storage upstairs and a comfy seating area down below. Kitchen gear covered all basic cooking needs without fuss. The private terrace also gave us a nice outdoor spot for meals or reading.
