The villa features spacious interiors, a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, elegantly decorated bedrooms and modern bathrooms, providing everything you need for a memorable stay. Outside, you’ll find a private terrace, garden, outdoor dining area and outdoor shower—perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sunshine, unwinding after a day of exploring or spending quality time with family and friends while taking in the Atlantic views. Free on-street parking is readily available just outside the property, making arrival easy and convenient. Please note: access to the villa requires walking down a flight of stairs from the entrance, so it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Welcome to Villa Castaño. We want you to enjoy a wonderful stay while helping us care for the property and respect the peaceful surroundings. During your stay * Quiet hours: please keep noise to a minimum between 9:00 pm and 9:00 am out of respect for our neighbours. * Parties, events and stag/hen parties are strictly prohibited. * Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. * The maximum occupancy stated in the reservation must not be exceeded. * Please use water and electricity responsibly, especially air conditioning and lighting. * Before leaving the property, make sure doors and windows are closed and unnecessary lights and electrical appliances are switched off. * Please treat the villa, furniture and décor with care and respect. * Any damage or maintenance issue should be reported as soon as possible so we can assist you promptly. Safety * The villa offers self check-in. Your access code will be sent once all guests have completed the mandatory guest registration. * The property is located on the edge of a cliff, offering spectacular Atlantic views.
Guests travelling with children should take extra care, and children must always be supervised outdoors. * For the security of the property, the villa is equipped with an alarm system and security cameras.
During your stay, all indoor cameras will be completely disabled to ensure your privacy.
Privacy covers will also be provided should you wish to place them over the devices for extra peace of mind. Maintenance * To keep the garden in excellent condition, a trusted gardener may occasionally access the outdoor areas only.
Whenever possible, you will be informed in advance. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of €250 is required and must be paid prior to arrival.
It will be refunded within a maximum of 7 days after departure, provided no damage has occurred. Our priority is your comfort, privacy and peace of mind.
