An apartment in a quiet area of Bensberg with excellent transport links and plenty of nearby amenities.
- Neuenweg tram stop (Line 1) approx. 300m away:
-> Cologne Trade Fair (Messe): approx. 20-minute ride
-> Cologne city center: approx. 25-minute ride
- Mediterana thermal baths & Saaler Mühle: approx. 900m away
- The Bergisches Land region (great for hiking or cycling) is also close by
- A4 motorway (Cologne/Olpe): approx. 5-minute drive
- "Just around the corner": supermarket, bakery, convenience store, bank, gas stations, etc.
A compact yet charming garden-level apartment awaits you in our home, offering up to 60m² of space depending on the number of guests.
The apartment features a lovely, modern design and includes two separate bedrooms, each equipped with a wardrobe, TV, and a double bed (160x200cm).
For groups of 5–7 guests, we set up a single bed (80x200cm) and/or convert the living room sofa bed into an additional double bed (140x200cm).
The apartment has a bathroom with a window, toilet, walk-in shower, and vanity unit.
The fully equipped kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired, featuring a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), microwave, and cooktop with a recirculating hood—perfect for preparing meals together.
The living room offers a comfortable sofa, a large TV, and a dining table for up to six people that can also serve as a workspace.

Children
Children of all ages are very welcome. For younger children, we can provide a changing table, high chair, sidecar crib, and/or a standard cot upon request (free of charge).
Coffee:
We provide a Senseo coffee machine, including a sufficient supply of coffee pods (Classic).
Bed linen/Towels:
The beds will be made upon your arrival, and you do not need to strip them when you leave. Towels, soap, shower gel, and toilet paper are also provided.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ausreichend Platz für 3 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder und eine sehr ruhige Umgebung/Nachbarschaft in einer Sackgasse. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle sehr gerne wieder!!!
