Located in a quiet residential area, it offers the perfect balance between complete privacy and comfort.
Parking: Extremely easy to find, free, and right in front of the apartment.
The apartment boasts a fantastic three-sided exposure (southeast-west), ensuring that the rooms are always bright and providing excellent natural cross-ventilation thanks to the sea breeze. It’s the perfect choice for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. At Vista d’Amare, you’ll wake up to sunlight and can enjoy your coffee on the balcony while admiring the blue waters of the Adriatic.

The apartment features a private, independent entrance for your complete privacy.
Living Area: A spacious and very bright living room (east-facing) with direct access to the panoramic balcony overlooking the sea.

Bedrooms: Two well-appointed rooms with south-west-facing windows that provide excellent natural light. The first is a spacious double bedroom with a large closet and a chest; the second has two single beds, ideal for children, friends, or family, and an additional closet.
