New in 2016, Windsor at Westside is a gated vacation rental community close to Disney featuring an 8,000 sq.ft. clubhouse with the Tu Casa Bar & lounge, market & deli, video arcade, sundries shop & fitness center. Other fantastic amenities such as a playground, volleyball court & multi-purpose sports courts. Best of all is the large resort-style pool with lazy river, water playground with slides, cabanas and tiki bar! This luxury vacation home is just eight miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom and Orlando’s world-famous attractions, shopping, and dining.
A rare find within this new resort, step into the doors of this beautiful 5 bedroom 5.5 bath, brand new home that was completed at the beginning of 2017. Plenty of windows allows for ample amount of natural light. The doors open up to your living room with ample seating surrounding the large 70" smart LED TV with Blu-Ray player. The open floor plan opens up to the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and black granite counter-tops. A large dining table has seating for 8, and the breakfast bar can comfortably seat 4. A king size master suite complete with en-suite bath makes this perfect for the grandparents or if you are sharing the home with another family. The laundry room is also located downstairs, so you won't have to worry about running out of clothes during your vacation.
After a long day at the park, kick back and relax and catch a movie on the large LED TV in the den. The home also has a PlayStation 4 games console perfect for entertaining the kids. There are two more master king suites located on the second floor both complete with en-suite baths and large flat screen TVs'. The fourth and fifth rooms are also located on the second floor. One is complete with two twin size beds, and the other with full size/twin bunk bed.
Take a dip in your sparkling blue private screened in pool. A large deck provides great space for taking in all the warm Florida sunshine. Luxury patio furniture allows for outside dining, or sitting around and conversing about the journeys of the day. To complete this home there is also a games room with air hockey and pool tables. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation. This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental. The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
