Villa Leon is a spacious holiday home situated in the picturesque fishing village of Funtana, only 300 metres from the sea and the nearest pebble beach.
With five bedrooms and a private swimming pool, it is an ideal choice for families or groups of friends wishing to stay close to the sea, restaurants and all essential amenities.
The villa accommodates up to 10 guests and offers 205 m² of living space arranged across three floors.
The ground floor features a spacious open-plan area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with comfortable seating and a fireplace.
A separate toilet is also available on this floor.
The first floor comprises three bedrooms with double beds and one shared bathroom with a shower.
Two of the bedrooms open onto a spacious shared terrace with views towards the sea. The second floor, designed as a spacious high-ceilinged attic, contains two additional bedrooms with double beds.
Guests have access to one shared bathroom with a shower and bathtub, while the other bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower and bathtub as well as its own loggia.
Villa Leon is set on an approximately 400 m² fully fenced property.
Guests can enjoy a private 24 m² outdoor swimming pool, ten sun loungers, a covered terrace with outdoor furniture, a summer kitchen and a barbecue.
Free private parking for four cars is available within the property.
The house is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi, satellite television, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
One baby cot and one highchair are available for families travelling with small children.

Schönes gemütliches Villa mit kleinem Kühlschrank für 10 Personen. Viele Mücken aber sonst war alles gut. Das Istia Home hat sich bemüht und uns eine Mikrowelle besorgen da es im Villa, anders als in der Beschreibung, nicht vorhanden war.

Wir konnten leider nicht dort hin fahren ( Krankheitsbedingt), aber unsere Kinder und Enkel waren dort . Sie alle waren begeistert. Das Haus war schön groß, es hätten ohne Probleme 10 Personen platz gehabt. Die Einrichtung war Mediterranen eingerichtet, es war alles vorhanden. Die Schlüssel Übergabe...
