Welcome to Arce Único, the perfect retreat to enjoy yourself, relax, and unwind. A traditional mountain-style home, fully renovated and equipped with every amenity, where the harmony, the character of the space, and its excellent location make it a one-of-a-kind option in Cantabria.
Located in the heart of Puente Arce, within a quiet private community, you’ll enjoy the privacy of a detached home with just a couple of minutes’ walk to all local amenities: restaurants, cafes, a pharmacy, a bakery, a supermarket, and a bus stop.

Second Full Bathroom: Equipped with a shower stall with a glass partition.

Main Porch: Large covered porch with an awning, featuring an outdoor dining area facing the pool.
Baby Supplies: A baby bathtub and a portable high chair can be provided upon request.
Parking: Two parking spaces are available in front of the property.

📜 ACCOMMODATION AND COMMUNITY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay and everyone’s safety, please review the following rules:
General Rules and Capacity:
Capacity and Visitors: Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay. Access by unauthorised guests is strictly prohibited.
Events: Parties, events, and bachelor/hen nights are not permitted.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
Heating: The heating is set to 20 °C to ensure efficient energy use.
Use of Facilities and Safety:
Pool: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times (there is no lifeguard on duty). Diving, running along the pool edge, or bringing glass containers or glasses into the pool area is prohibited. Use of the pool is at the guests’ own risk.
Fireplace and Grill: The fireplace must be used with the glass door closed. The barbecue must be completely extinguished when finished and may not be used in strong winds.
Care of the Premises: Playing football or throwing frisbees in the garden area is prohibited. Avoid using glass objects outside the dining and terrace areas.
Departure and Check-out:
Trash: Trash must be removed and placed in the outdoor trash bins before departure (including the trash tins in the bathrooms).
Efficiency and Lock-up: Turn off all lights and electrical appliances, and ensure all windows are securely closed.
Keys: Keys must be returned to the designated security box. Changing the combination lock or losing the keys will result in a charge for replacing the lock.
Parking: All vehicles must be removed once the stay has ended.
