Located along Grottammare’s high street, in the second row from the beach, in a very central location, 50 metres from the sea, just a stone’s throw from the main amenities (bank, pizzerias, ice cream shops, supermarkets, pubs, tobacco shop, pharmacy, etc.), and a 5-minute walk from the train station; apartment for 7–8 people featuring three bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with a tub, a spacious living room, and a small private terrace with a sea view; it is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, an oven, and a refrigerator with a large freezer.
Bicycle rentals are available nearby.
Just 50 metres away is a very clean beach with a fully equipped beach club, or alternatively, there’s a large public beach right next door, just a short distance away.
If you’re not familiar with Grottammare, I’d like to add that the sea here has consistently been awarded the Blue Flag for its cleanliness, and that just a short distance away (within walking distance) lies one of Italy’s most beautiful historic villages (Grottammare Alta) with stunning views; free Wi-Fi is available in the living room.
