The estate enjoys a privileged location, surrounded by the tranquillity of the Le Marche countryside and just 1 km from the beaches of Fano. It is an ideal location for those looking for relaxation and privacy, with the sea, the town centre and all the main services within easy reach. The location is also perfect for exploring villages, hills and food and wine traditions of Le Marche. The property consists of two independent villas, one of which is a historic residence dating back to the 18th century, set within a large private, fully fenced centuries-old park with centuries-old oak trees, umbrella pines and numerous fruit trees that provide shade, fragrances and picturesque views. At the centre of the property, between the two villas, there is a large private swimming pool with Roman steps and a ladder, surrounded by the greenery of the garden. The interiors of the two villas preserve the simple and authentic atmosphere of a country residence from another era, with antique furniture, original details and a retro style.
