Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Egham Station is just a short walk away, offering direct trains to London Waterloo in about 40 minutes, making it easy to explore the city.
Local bus services also connect you to surrounding areas, ensuring convenient travel options during your stay. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

Amazing stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. The location was great, and everything we needed was provided. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
