On winegrowing estate in the Beaujolais, large character gîte with 5 bedrooms. Beautifully restored, very comfortable, high quality equipments, attractive décor combining contemporary pieces with old ones (earthenware floor in the living room, exposed roof timbers).
Ground floor : large living room (45 sq.m.) opening directly onto the terrace, lounge area (TV, wood-burning stove), dining area, fitted kitchen area. Hall/open area.
2 bedrooms (double bedroom with disabled access, 140 x 190cm bed, private shower room with WC), (2 single beds, bunk beds). Bathroom, shower room, 2 toilets, laundry room.
Upstairs : hall, 2 attic sleeping areas (bedroom with 3 single beds), (family suite with 4 single beds in the 1st open bedroom & 2 single beds in the 2nd one, access to shower room). Separate WC.
Heating : heat pump + wood. Baby equipment, board games available.
Outdoors
Outdoors : private, fenced & shaded terrace with lovely views of the vineyards (garden furniture, pergola, barbecue). Shared, tarred & unfenced courtyard, private parking, access to nearby fields (sheeps).
House & grounds
If guests are interested, a welcome to the wine cellar can be arranged on request.

Très bel ensemble avec vue étendue sur les côtes de Brouilly.Le grand séjour et la cuisine parfaitement équipée ainsi que la vaste terrasse offrent une vue magnifique sur les vignes du propriétaire ou l'on bosse des 6 heures du mat. On aime.Sinon, si vous êtes 15 c'est plutôt dortoir à l'étage.Un petit bémol toutefois, une bouteille de Brouilly pour la bienvenue au gîte aurait été un +
